About this Role:

The Brand Storyteller will play a crucial role in crafting compelling narratives that enhance our brand identity, engage our target audience, and drive brand awareness. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute captivating content across various digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand storytelling strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, values, and business objectives.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content that effectively communicates the company’s brand story, product benefits, and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize and produce compelling visual and written content, including blog posts, social media posts, case studies, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Conduct extensive research and interviews to gather insights and stories that resonate with our target audience.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in brand storytelling and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across various channels.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential brand advocates.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in brand storytelling, content creation, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating content for digital channels, especially on social media, website, and email marketing.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good to have: familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword optimization
  • Nice to have: background in dentistry or dental technology.
