About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a BI Developer, you will work closely with senior members of the team to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about data analytics and looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to assist in designing and developing scalable and efficient data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts.
• Support the development and implementation of data integration workflows to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Create visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools.
• Help optimize the performance of queries and data retrieval processes to ensure fast and reliable access to information.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and data analytics technologies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with senior team members to continuously improve and optimize existing business intelligence solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any field.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Basic understanding of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with data.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from senior team members.
• Any experience or coursework in data analysis or programming languages is a plus.
