About the role:
We’re shaking things up in the dental industry with our cutting-edge digital technology, and we’re looking for innovative dentists to join our team of Dental Quality Management Specialists. You’ll have the chance to use your knowledge of dental anatomy to ensure our digital dental restorations are top-notch.

What you will do:
• Assess digital dental restorations by the digital dental design team to ensure team members meet quality standards of partner dentist and dental laboratories
• Provide feedback and training support to the digital dental design members to improve the member and team’s performance as needed
• Assess individual member and team performance, and provide suggestions that will improve overall quality production of the team in line with dentist/dental laboratory preferences
• Collaborate with our digital dental design team to improve product quality
• Analyze problems and provide solutions encountered by the digital dental design team to ensure team objectives are met
• Stay on top of industry trends and advancements in digital dentistry

What you need to have:
• DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Experience in dental surgery is preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for life-long learning and world-class level smiles
