What You’ll Do:

• You’ll get to test ads to your heart’s content. We know, we know. Your old boss wouldn’t let you test but here, those tests are celebrated.

• You’ll get a say on how you will structure your campaigns. We actually like it when you give us ideas instead of us just telling you what to do.

• You get to collaborate with everyone and find the best way to lead potential customers to conversion. Yup, that’s right. You don’t have to work in a silo where you’ll have no say in the content and the overall strategy.

• You really get ownership of what you’ll do. They’re your KPIs after all.

Your Skillset:

• Platform knowledge – you’ll need to know how to set up paid ads on different digital platforms such as Meta, Google, Hubspot, and the others. I say others because seriously, just those three, and you’re golden. You can learn the rest if you think you need those other channels too.

• A strategic mind – we’re not about processes here. We’re about results. We’ll let you do it your way as long as it’s working and giving us the numbers. That’s the end goal anyway, isn’t it?
