Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for driving online sales? Nimbyx Subsidiary is searching for an innovative and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead our online retail operations.

As the Ecommerce Manager at Nimbyx Subsidiary, you will be responsible for leading our online retail operations and driving sales through our e-commerce platforms. You will develop and execute e-commerce strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience, maximize conversions, and increase revenue. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will optimize product listings, implement promotional campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve our e-commerce performance. Your analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and customer-centric approach will be key to our online retail success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales, enhance the customer shopping experience, and increase revenue.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns to maximize conversions and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Leverage customer insights and feedback to improve the online shopping journey and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce best practices, emerging technologies, and platform capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on e-commerce operations and processes.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce marketing, UI/UX optimization, and PPC campaign management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, online retail, or a related role.
  • Proven track record in driving online sales growth and optimizing e-commerce performance.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing techniques, and customer behavior in the online space.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of coding languages and technical aspects of website development is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Shift Schedule: workday begins at 5am, to ensure seamless collaboration with our Vancouver team. Night shift is also an option if it suits you better.
