Influencer and Customer Engagement Specialist

As an Influencer and Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads for Alina Invisible Braces and driving customer engagement through various digital channels, with a primary focus on Instagram. Your goal will be to attract potential leads, nurture their interest, and ensure successful handoff to the sales team. 

Influencer and Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for the following:   

  • Generate leads for Alina Invisible Braces through digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on Instagram. 
  • Utilize Instagram to engage with potential leads by liking their posts and interacting with their content. 
  • Identify and engage influencers to promote the product and increase brand awareness. 
  • Monitor influencers’ compliance with posting requirements and ensure they are effectively promoting Alina Invisible Braces. 
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and email. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to facilitate meetings with interested customers and ensure smooth handoff of leads. 


  • Proven experience in lead generation and customer management, preferably in a digital marketing role. 
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in using Instagram as a lead generation tool. 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices. 
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with potential leads, influencers, and customers. 
  • Excellent customer service skills to promptly and professionally respond to inquiries and resolve issues. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to monitor and track lead generation and influencer marketing performance. 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple channels and tasks simultaneously.
