Paid Ads Specialist – Marketplace
As we build our in-house Digital Marketing Agency, we’re looking to bring in a seasoned digital advertising expert with a proven track record of driving sales through powerful and high-converting shopping ads: a Marketplace Paid Ads Specialist (E-Commerce) who has the passion for crafting ads that captivate and convert, turning casual browsers into enthusiastic buyers.
As our Marketplace Paid Ads Specialist, you will be the driving force behind creating shopping ads that go beyond the ordinary, and take our marketplace to the next level.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
– Developing and executing comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, social media) to maximize visibility and conversions.
– Creating visually compelling and persuasive shopping ads that resonate with our target audience and inspire immediate action.
– Conducting thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize ad targeting and reach.
– Monitoring and analyzing ad performance data to make informed optimizations that improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS.
– Collaborating with our creative and content teams to ensure ad visuals and copy align with brand messaging and promotions.
– Implementing remarketing strategies to engage users who have shown interest but haven’t yet made a purchase.
– Keeping up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats to continuously improve our advertising efforts.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly in driving e-commerce sales through shopping ads.
– Strong understanding of various advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, and social media advertising.
– Proficiency in keyword research and audience targeting to ensure ads reach the right customers.
– Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and select engaging visuals.
– Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
– Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
– Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
– Experience in e-commerce marketplaces is a strong advantage.
