Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a driven and organized Senior Operations Manager to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of tasks, including building and leading a high-performing team and managing resources.

Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

• Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for open positions.
• Onboard new hires and provide comprehensive training programs.
• Manage employee performance through evaluations, coaching, and development plans.
• Make recommendations regarding employee terminations (if applicable).

Resource Optimization:

• Manage capacity and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
• Oversee software licenses and ensure we have the necessary infrastructure to meet operational needs.

Team Leadership:

• Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained.
• Address employee concerns and work to resolve conflicts effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and relevant software tools.

• Work Setup: We work 100% onsite at our office in BGC!
• Office Location: One World Place, BGC, Taguig (near Uptown, Kidzania)

• Shift Schedule: follows PST hours, 11PM to 8AM / 12MN to 9AM

• Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
