As a Technical Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent with a focus on technical positions.


Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates through various channels
  • Sourcing and screening candidates using innovative techniques and tools
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Crafting compelling job descriptions and job ads
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding



  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Passion for innovation and creativity
  • Familiarity with Gen Z culture and trends
