• Solid foundation in design fundamentals and UX/UI design principles

• Critical thinking skills for understanding design, product, and UX

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively

• Ability to contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of usability methodologies/processes, documentation, workflows, and design standards

• Experience designing and developing high-quality, user-oriented wireframes and prototypes

• Capability to establish and promote design guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms

• Knowledge of web client technologies (e.g. browsers, HTML, CSS)

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design

• Deep understanding of application architecture, software design processes, and UI/UX design deliverables

• Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Experience working with cross-functional project teams and reporting to multiple stakeholders
