About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented and passionate Lead Web Developer to spearhead the creation of our

innovative web platform. You’ll not only be a coding guru, but also a UX champion, working closely with the UI/UX team to translate design concepts into stunning and intuitive realities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in building a high-performing, responsive, and user-friendly web platform.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and well-documented codebases using cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to translate designs into flawless functionality, constantly seeking opportunities to improve the user journey through code-based solutions.
• Proactively suggest UX/UI enhancements that go beyond the initial mockups, with a focus on intuitive interactions and delightful user experiences.
• Champion best practices in web development, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a web developer with a proven track record of building high-quality web applications.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a strong understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python) a plus.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
• Keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to identify opportunities for visual enhancements.
