Our Vancouver team is looking to hire a SENIOR PAID ADS SPECIALIST, ideally, someone who has done Media Buying and Paid Ads management, who will help scale social advertising efforts geared towards generating B2B leads & online sales via the B2B E-commerce space.

This role is perfect for someone that has been around the block with Facebook Ad Campaigns more than they can count – who understands the pain of stalled ads, campaign scaling, and pixel testing but gets a kick out of cracking lower cost per conversion, higher click through rates and hacking ad set optimizations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, keywords, and effective ad formats.
  • Create engaging and compelling ad copies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid ad strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising principles, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats.
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and monitoring tools.

The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for promptly resolving customer and user issues, utilizing scripting techniques, and assisting in conducting root cause analysis. What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of troubleshooting, upgrading, replacing, and repairing computer systems’ hardware and peripherals. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Place calls, leave voicemail messages and send text messages to potential clients. 
  • Build a personable relationship with clients to gain a true understanding of what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. 
  • Track information in the CRM platform 
  • Work with Senior Sales Representatives to close sales 

Requirements:

Junior Controller

As an integral member of the Finance management team, the Junior Controller will be key in helping drive the future growth of our businesses.  The Junior Controller’s main responsibilities include assisting the Group Controller in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, bank and treasury, compliance, and internal control corporate governance.

  • Continually fine tune reports to ensure maximum support for decision making at the operational level. 
  • Liaise with tax authorities regarding possible company audits.
