Case Intake Specialist (Dental) – Pioneer Team

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Case Intake Specialist to join our pioneering team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the smooth intake of new dental cases, leveraging automation tools while applying your sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct integrity checks on patient scans, ensuring image quality meet established standards
  • Identify and address any inconsistencies or errors in the process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case records within our system.
• Intake Processing:
  • Review and process new dental cases, verifying information and ensuring completeness.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve the accuracy and efficiency of automated tools.

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent English comprehension skills with a focus on grammar and terminology.
• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology (preferred).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing work environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts (schedule may be subject to change).
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
