What you’ll do:
- Craft a Luxurious Online Experience to Grow the Community: This involves attracting new members through various channels and strategies. Social media engagement is a big part of this.
- Content with Distinction: Collaborate with our creative team to curate and develop content that is both informative and captivating, reflecting the essence of the brand experience.
- Elevate Online Engagement: Respond to inquiries and foster dialogue with authenticity, ensuring every interaction upholds our reputation for excellence. You oversee all external communications materials, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphere with our brand’s online presence
- Bridge the Divide: Serve as a conduit between the community and our marketing team, translating online insights into actionable strategies that elevate the brand experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Work experience within luxury brands, preferably in a progressive leadership role
- Good knowledge in social listening and community sentiment analysis and building a strategy plan accordingly
- Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this role
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to fine-tune the need of the customer and translate that into content concepts
- Embody the brand image for customers and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA
- Lead by example and demonstrate role model behavior that is always representative of the brand adhering to the dress codes and appearance guidelines
