As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering innovative solutions to drive their business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction through exceptional service across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions, including webinars and occasional onsite support, to optimize client utilization of Nimbyx’s offerings.
  • Address intricate technical inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to shape product development.
  • Collaborate with software developers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements to drive the adoption of Nimbyx’s services.

 

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to listen attentively and articulate complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to dive into the intricacies of the business.
  • A team player mindset with a readiness to support colleagues across various tasks.
  • Exposure to the digital dental workflow and technical support for dental equipment is highly advantageous.
  • Flexibility to accommodate shifting schedules to cater to our global clientele.

Work Setup: We work 100% onsite at our office in BGC, working with the smartest, most driven colleagues you’ll ever know!🌱🏢✨

Office Location: One World Place, 32nd St., in BGC, Taguig City (near Uptown, Kidzania, and Home Depot).

Shift Schedule: follows PST hours • 11PM to 8AM • 12MN to 9AM

Employment Type: Full-time • Permanent
