Dental Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Dental Training Specialist to develop and deliver engaging training programs for individuals with minimal to zero prior dental background.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive dental training programs for new hires with minimal to zero prior dental experience.
• Create informative and engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules.
• Deliver interactive training sessions, utilizing a variety of instructional methods, to ensure a thorough understanding of dental concepts, procedures and dynamics.
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to reinforce learning and develop practical skills.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure trainee progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with team leads and other internal teams to identify training needs, update curriculum content, and ensure program effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest dental practices and technologies to integrate them into training programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and informative training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with trainees from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for dentistry and a desire to share knowledge with others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy a plus.
