As our innovation team continues to expand, the pivotal role of a Product Owner becomes increasingly crucial. In this dynamic environment, the Product Owner will serve as the keystone within our Technology Team, spearheading the definition of user stories and prioritization of the backlog to effectively address evolving customer needs. The Product Owner will hold significant cross-functional responsibilities, collaborating closely with customers, business teams, and stakeholders to drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and the problem landscape.
• Translate product roadmaps into actionable user stories and manage the product backlog.
• Ensure alignment of user stories with customer objectives and conveying customer insights to the project team.
• Define story details, including acceptance criteria, to guide the scrum team effectively.
• Lead backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning activities.
• Validate product builds against predefined criteria.
• Facilitate product demos for customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and steer product development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX, and project teams to ideate and conceptualize innovative digital products.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience as an IT-Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Comfortable in embracing authentic Agile methodologies, characterized by a culture of learning and experimentation, centered around customer-centric approaches, adaptability, and efficient responses to evolving demands, fostering continuous improvement and a growth mindset.🔍
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.🤝
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.🎭
• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently and tackle diverse challenges.
