Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality dental CAD framework, full contour crowns, bridges, implant abutments, veneers, diagnostic wax-ups, and implants using dental CADCAM software.
  • Interpret doctor’s prescriptions or lab preferences to create long-span and complex designs.
  • Utilize CAD software design tools to ensure compliance with anatomy, margin, color, contact, and occlusion requirements as per customer preferences and instructions.
  • Maintain minimum quality criteria at all times, adhering to specific customer preferences for occlusion, lingual cusps, excursions, contacts, shape, contours, anatomy, connector size, and margins.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to standards in all work.
  • Provide timely communication on cases daily.
  • Clarify instructions or explain simple issues to customers via chat or email.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring proper storage of tools and supplies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and fun in the workplace.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of dental laboratory experience, specifically as a CAD/CAM designer.
  • Proficiency in any Dental CAD Software tools such as 3Shape, Exocad, Ceramill, Meshmixer and the like.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Good understanding of dental anatomy, morphology, and relevant terminologies.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust workload priorities as directed and work outside normal business hours to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain complex documentation systems.
  • Initiative, timeliness, and flawless execution of tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams.
  • Happy to work onsite at our office in BGC, Taguig!
