Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct integrity checks on patient scans, ensuring image quality meet established standards
    • Identify and address any inconsistencies or errors in the process.
    • Maintain accurate and organized case records within our system.
  • Intake Processing:
    • Review and process new dental cases, verifying information and ensuring completeness.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding issues.
    • Collaborate with the team to improve the accuracy and efficiency of automated tools.

 

Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent English comprehension skills with a focus on grammar and terminology.
  • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology (preferred).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (schedule may be subject to change).
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
