Our Vancouver team is looking to hire a SENIOR PAID ADS SPECIALIST, ideally, someone who has done Media Buying and Paid Ads management, who will help scale social advertising efforts geared towards generating B2B leads & online sales via the B2B E-commerce space.

This role is perfect for someone that has been around the block with Facebook Ad Campaigns more than they can count – who understands the pain of stalled ads, campaign scaling, and pixel testing but gets a kick out of cracking lower cost per conversion, higher click through rates and hacking ad set optimizations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, keywords, and effective ad formats.
  • Create engaging and compelling ad copies that resonate with our target audience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising principles, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats.
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and monitoring tools.

The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for promptly resolving customer and user issues, utilizing scripting techniques, and assisting in conducting root cause analysis. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop expertise in scripting, technical analysis, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:
• Provide level 2 escalation for system issues, resolving problems urgently to minimize customer downtime and disruption.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of complex technical problems, escalating to the Development team or specialized teams when necessary. Additionally, provide guidance to Customer Support personnel.
• Assist in the development and implementation of scripting solutions, automating support processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Occasionally install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software components, ensuring compatibility and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an L1 or L2 support role, demonstrating the ability to provide technical assistance and
troubleshooting for customers and end users.
• Solid understanding of desktop operating systems, such as Windows and macOS, and proficient in troubleshooting
common issues.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, SQL, or a strong willingness to learn and develop
scripting skills.

We are looking for a talented Video + Multimedia Expert who will bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story into a finished project that matches the director’s vision and is suitable for broadcasting.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the production team to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Analyze the shooting script and raw footage to create a shot decision list that enhances continuity and captures the essence of each scene.
  • Edit footage segments and piece together the film’s sequence.
  • Incorporate music, dialogue, graphics, and effects to enhance the visual storytelling.
  • Develop rough and final cuts, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth transitions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders throughout the production and post-production process.
  • Conceptualize and create basic storyboards to effectively communicate the video’s message and story.

Required Qualifications:

  • An experienced Video Editor, regarded as an expert in video editing and post-production techniques. Proficient in utilizing industry-standard editing software packages such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere and After Effects) and Final Cut.
  • Capable of conceptualizing and creating basic storyboards that effectively convey the video’s message and story, showcasing technical proficiency, creativity, and storytelling ability.
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and design, demonstrating a deep understanding of visual storytelling and artistic expression.
  • An accomplished multimedia artist, able to design graphics and layout images using industry-standard photo editing software such as Photoshop.
  • Great to have: Basic knowledge of videography, including lighting, framing, and camera techniques.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with special effects, 3D modeling, and compositing software is a plus.
  • A creative thinker, with strong storytelling skills to craft compelling and engaging video content.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager for our growing Evident Customer Support teams.  As the Operations Manager, you will provide support and direction for the Team Lead – Customer Support as well as directly support a team of Dental Sales Support Managers.  The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing diverse teams and have a strong project management and process optimization skillset.  As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of Customer Support operations, ensuring that we deliver world-class customer service and support to our labs and dentists around the globe. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the teams. 
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
