Key Responsibilities

• Funnel Ownership: Spearhead the execution of campaigns and have a full understanding of the consumer journey, from acquisition to nurturing campaigns
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure that marketing campaigns align
with the overall marketing and business strategies.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies tailored to the company’s goals and target audience. This involves
identifying the most effective digital channels and tactics.
• Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Budget Management: Create and manage budgets for various marketing campaigns, ensuring that spending aligns with the expected ROI and objectives.
• Data Analysis: Use analytics tools and data to track and measure campaign performance. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA) to make data-driven decisions.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements of marketing campaigns. Continuously test and iterate to improve campaign performance.
• Keyword Research: For PPC campaigns, conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases that will drive traffic and conversions.
• Ad Copy and Creative Development: Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with the target audience.
• Remarketing: Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage previous website visitors or customers and encourage them to convert.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify and implement CRO strategies to improve the overall conversion rate of landing pages and websites.
• Marketing Technology: Utilize marketing technology tools such as marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and ad management platforms to streamline campaign execution and measurement, including but not limited to Analytics Platforms, Hubspot etc.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor marketing strategies and industry trends to stay competitive and adjust your approach accordingly.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to management or stakeholders, showcasing the performance of marketing campaigns and outlining areas for improvement.
• ROI Analysis: Calculate and report on the ROI of various marketing initiatives, helping to allocate resources effectively.
• Compliance: Stay updated on advertising regulations and ensure that all marketing efforts comply with legal and industry standards.

 

Skills and Qualifications

● At least 5 years’ worth of proven performance marketing experience, with at least $2M worth of ad campaigns managed
● Expert in using and implementing Google Analytics (UA + GA4) and Google Tag Manager
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
● Strong relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills
● A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or similar is a plus
● Experience with managing digital campaigns for dental, health tech, or BPO brands is a plus.

The Senior Google Analytics Specialist will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Google Analytics to drive data-driven insights and optimize our digital marketing efforts for various brands under Nimbyx capital. You will play a critical role in helping our organization make informed decisions, improve user experiences, and achieve our online business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Analytics Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of Google Analytics to implement, configure, and maintain advanced tracking and reporting solutions. GA4 expertise is a must.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure attributability and trackability of all ads from various sources, including but not limited to UTM naming convention management, event management, pixel management and the like.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze web traffic data, user behavior, and conversion funnels to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving website performance and marketing campaigns.
  • Goal Setting and KPIs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, landing pages, and marketing campaigns for improved conversion rates.
  • Reporting, Visualization, Dashboard Management: Create custom reports and dashboards in Google Analytics and other tools to provide stakeholders with real-time, actionable data, including consumer paths and journeys from various user sources

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 5 years’ worth of Google Analytics and Digital Marketing Analytics experience for B2B and B2C brands/clients.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (UA + GA4) is required.
  • Must be proficient in paid advertising platforms, and performance marketing.
  • Google Certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing channels and assets, as well as various ad types and online consumer journey mapping is required.

About this Role:

The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for promptly resolving customer and user issues, utilizing scripting techniques, and assisting in conducting root cause analysis. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop expertise in scripting, technical analysis, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 escalation for system issues, resolving problems urgently to minimize customer downtime and disruption.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of complex technical problems, escalating to the Development team or specialized teams when necessary. Additionally, provide guidance to Customer Support personnel.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of scripting solutions, automating support processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

The Brand & Content Manager is responsible for the overall editorial vision and execution of the content of Nimbyx and its brands. This includes managing a team of writers, developing and executing editorial strategies, and ensuring that the company publishes compelling, engaging, and brand-compliant narratives across multiple channels.
 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develops, proposes, and executes the editorial vision of Nimbyx and its brands through brand storytelling and engaging written content 
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of brand storytellers and writers 
  • Collaborate with internal resources and ensure the cohesiveness between creative output and business objectives 
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative writing process, including reviewing work in progress, monitoring delivery times, making decisions, and ensuring that creative outputs address client needs 
  • Develop brand book, maintain brand consistency, and uphold high-quality standards for written content across all channels 
  • Develop adaptive operating manuals for publishing creative content on various channels, including but not limited to best media practices, response guidelines, service-level agreements, and other cadences that aid efficiency and effectivity 
  • Develop and maintain operational SLAs 
  • Apply competitive benchmarking for go-to-market plans and executions 

 

Qualifications 

  • At least 7 years’ worth of experience in an editorial leader role for a B2B and/or B2C brand is required 
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing channels and assets is required 
  • Excellent brand storytelling and editing skills is required 
  • Strong attention to detail is required 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns for various brands is required 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Passion for marketing and creativity 
  • A bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or similar is preferred 
  • Experience with managing digital campaigns for offshore or BPO brands is a plus
