Performance Marketing Manager
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, proposing, implementing, and optimizing paid online advertising campaigns. He or she must have a proven track record of success in implementing campaigns that drive results and help achieve specific objectives, such as increasing traffic, generating leads, or boosting sales. Extensive and proven experience with various online advertising platforms is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Funnel Ownership: Spearhead the execution of campaigns and have a full understanding of the consumer journey, from acquisition to nurturing campaigns
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure that marketing campaigns align
with the overall marketing and business strategies.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies tailored to the company’s goals and target audience. This involves
identifying the most effective digital channels and tactics.
• Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Budget Management: Create and manage budgets for various marketing campaigns, ensuring that spending aligns with the expected ROI and objectives.
• Data Analysis: Use analytics tools and data to track and measure campaign performance. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA) to make data-driven decisions.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements of marketing campaigns. Continuously test and iterate to improve campaign performance.
• Keyword Research: For PPC campaigns, conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases that will drive traffic and conversions.
• Ad Copy and Creative Development: Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with the target audience.
• Remarketing: Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage previous website visitors or customers and encourage them to convert.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify and implement CRO strategies to improve the overall conversion rate of landing pages and websites.
• Marketing Technology: Utilize marketing technology tools such as marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and ad management platforms to streamline campaign execution and measurement, including but not limited to Analytics Platforms, Hubspot etc.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor marketing strategies and industry trends to stay competitive and adjust your approach accordingly.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to management or stakeholders, showcasing the performance of marketing campaigns and outlining areas for improvement.
• ROI Analysis: Calculate and report on the ROI of various marketing initiatives, helping to allocate resources effectively.
• Compliance: Stay updated on advertising regulations and ensure that all marketing efforts comply with legal and industry standards.
Skills and Qualifications
● At least 5 years’ worth of proven performance marketing experience, with at least $2M worth of ad campaigns managed
● Expert in using and implementing Google Analytics (UA + GA4) and Google Tag Manager
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
● Strong relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills
● A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or similar is a plus
● Experience with managing digital campaigns for dental, health tech, or BPO brands is a plus.
