Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate problem statements into clear project scope and timelines.
  • Lead the project team, including third-party vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects and commitments.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members, ensuring accurate transfer of information.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Provide regular reporting and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and track project documentation.
  • Deliver timely and informative reports to all stakeholders and conduct regular cross-organizational management briefings.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of project management experience in the technology industry.
  • Exceptional proficiency in applying project management frameworks, tools, and concepts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project scoping, user story-based requirements gathering and specification, validation, and release management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Development experience in C# and Microsoft.NET design.
  • Good to have: Advanced understanding and demonstrated experience with:
    • NET Framework 6.0+.
    • ReactJS, JavaScript, jQuery.
    • MS SQL Server and Transact-SQL.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with Source Versioning Tools (e.g., VSO, TFS, GIT).
  • Understanding of database design and development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
  • Proactive approach to executing assigned tasks in a timely and flawless manner.
  • Strong teamwork acumen with the ability to work under pressure.

Senior Security Engineer

About this role:

The Security Engineer is a key member of the Nimbyx Technology group and is primarily responsible for building digital security protocols, operating a cyber security system and maintaining an IT security infrastructure for Nimbyx and its affiliates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, define and document system security requirements and recommend solutions to management
  • Identify opportunities to evolve, drive, and manage the company’s information security strategy and processes.
  • Develop, execute and track the performance of security measures to protect information, network infrastructure, and computer systems.
  • Configure, troubleshoot and maintain security infrastructure software and hardware.
  • Install software that monitors systems and networks for security breaches and intrusions.
  • Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures.
  • Educate and train staff on information system security best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in Information Security, and strong understanding of security concepts, including network security, threat analysis, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Nice to have, but not required: experience with security tools and familiarity with compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Willingness to learn and work on offensive security projects as needed.

The Head of IT Operations Support is a key member of the Nimbyx Technology group and is responsible for managing a group of HelpDesk Team, Systems Administrators and Security Engineers.

This person will work hand in hand with the CTO to setup effective and efficient processes, protocols and policies for the large-scale environment management and support of Nimbyx’ technology ecosystems. This person will work with other technical leaders in the Nimbyx Technology group to establish our application support capabilities to ensure service availability at 99.99%.

Accountabilities and responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Helpdesk Support, Systems Administrators and Security Engineers
  • Establish and track KPIs and Metrics for the IT Operations Support team
  • Establish processes and standards to manage web domains, Office 365 and Azure Active Directory
  • Plan and implement security protocols to ensure security of data and information
  • Create/document IT policies and procedures
  • Work with the team to design tools and smart alerts to proactively anticipate failures/issues
  • Lead the team in identifying root cause and in fixing issues
  • Able to have flexible work schedule and at times work outside of the normal business hours to accommodate effective communications with stakeholders in the global organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, network management and domain management.

• UI/UX DESIGNER •

The UI/UX Designer is a key member of the Nimbyx Technology Team and is responsible for working closely with the different
leaders of the organization to set standards and build world-class UI/UX teams for each company in the nimbyx portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop standards on how to visualize and organize information by studying each product/service content; analyzing target
audience of each company; conducting focus groups, user interviews, and surveys; preparing storyboards; applying
• principles of human-computer interaction, comprehension, learning, and aesthetics
• Enhance organization reputation by governing all UI aspects of the different software products and ensuring that they are
on-brand, cohesive and relevant.
• Capable of potentially building and training a UI/UX team that can:
– Translate business solutions into wire frames, high fidelity mock-ups, detailed UI and visual design for web
and mobile applications.
– Analyze user interface problems and propose on-brand design solutions to improve overall user experience.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define business and feature requirements.
– Monitor and measure site performance, while using data to make recommendations and improve
performance.
– Identify areas of the website/e-commerce platforms that are underperforming and present plans to improve.
– Lead A/B testing experiments for conversion rate optimization
– Ensure that all product data in all sites such as images, descriptions, product detail, and prices are consistent,
up to date and on-brand.

Qualifications:
• At least 3+ years of related working experience UI/UX designing.
• Demonstrated understanding of agile values and principles
